A good diet and smart race day fuelling can be the difference between a personal best or a DNF. Our nutrition coaching helps you cut through the noise.
Being a robust, well balanced athlete will help you avoid injury and prevent mechanical breakdown. We help you integrate strength in a way which won’t derail the rest of your training.
If you’re a self coached athlete who just wants a one off conversation to help understand how to structure your training, we provide a one off consultation service.
We don’t require a minimum level of commitment for our monthly coached plans, as we’re so confident you’ll see value in the coaching we provide. We also want to ensure that if you get injured or life events require you to pull out that you’re not left out of pocket.
The plans are delivered via TrainingPeaks, where workouts will be set based on a percentage of your threshold heart rate, pace or power. Sound like another language? Don’t worry, this will be explained to you during the onboarding process.
Beyond the basics (swimming costume, goggles, bike, helmet, running shoes e.t.c.) we recommend the following to get the most out of your plan, although we’re always willing to work with you to find workarounds

Inclusion is incredibly important to us at Phazon Triathlon and we will strive to work alongside health professionals to provide you with a training programme. However there may be situations where we don’t feel adequately knowledgable to give you the support you need. For more information, drop us a message and we’ll do what we can to help you.

If we’re working remotely, there is only so much we can do to teach you to swim or ride a bike without visual feedback. We’ll try to make it work, but for the best results you should be able to swim at least four lengths of a pool and feel reasonably comfortable riding a bike. Beyond this there is no minimum level of fitness required, as long as we have enough time to adequately prepare you.
